About the Position

Creative Circle is looking for a new Administrative Coordinator! We are a specialized staffing agency connecting innovative advertising, marketing, creative, digital, and interactive professionals with companies seeking talent on a full-time or freelance basis. Our Administrative Coordinator is an integral part of our support staff, ensuring smooth and efficient day to day operations for the recruiting team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing candidate files
  • Managing information in our candidate database
  • Supporting the recruiting team in their daily activities
  • Answering phones, assisting candidates, and responding to general questions
  • Organizing small and medium in-office events
  • Running errands and ordering supplies
  • Act as backup for our Front Desk Coordinator


  • Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Strong capability to prioritize tasks and stay organized
  • Comfortable in a fast paced work environment, able to 'keep cool and calm' in a bustling setting
  • Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills
  • Motivated to perform at a high level, with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • 2 years of relevant experience

This is a freelance to fulltime position in downtown San Francisco.
