WHO WE'RE SEEKING
We are looking for a self-motivated and collaborative Sales Coordinator to support our internal Sales and Account Management team. The right candidate will be a quick learner, a multi-tasker and a skilled researcher. We’d also like you to share our immense interest and passion for all things Creative, Marketing, Digital and Advertising.   • Research and prospect companies and contacts
  • Pull job leads through references and job boards
  • Assist clients with all timecard and/or invoice questions
  • Act as liaison between Account Executives and internal payroll, legal, and HR teams
  • Scan, file and deliver all contracts, purchase orders, SOWs, and other onboarding paperwork to clients
  • Oversee the set-up and onboarding for vendor management systems
  • Create and maintain client folders with all necessary documentation
  • Coordinate attendance and sponsorship opportunities for networking events
  • Work with marketing team to ensure inventory of all marketing/ sales materials
  • Assist Account Executives with prep for client meetings and events as needed
  • Download and print weekly reports
  • Enter job information into system
  • Assist CM as needed with ad hoc requests

Projects will vary in difficulty and depth, so we need someone ambitious and positive to take them on with gusto. Word, Outlook, Excel are necessary. The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills and a knack for balancing multiple high-priority projects at the same time. There is absolutely growth potential for candidates who demonstrate an ability to learn fast and consistently over-deliver.
